What is strategy?

Strategy is a plan that people make in order to accomplish something. In writing, I think strategy is a tool, a way which writers use in order to achieve their goals. Strategies are used to make a paper effective. How to recognize strategy? At work, a strategy can be recognize when one make plan to improve their work. For example, a company changing the wage to stimulate workers which might increase productivity. In sports, strategy is way coach set up for the line-up, or way the team will play such as focusing on defend or offense depend on situation. In personally, I think strategy is the way or plan which person benefit by it to achieve his/her goals. Strategy differ from situations, from different people, and different aims.
