The goods and the bads

Academic writing makes you think more about your topic. It also guides you to address the certain audience you want to address. One goal that I think is a good goal is having your paper be clear and concise. If it is not the paper would be messy and the intended audience will not get what you are trying to say. There is, though, one bad thing about academic writing and that is it's hard to write in a unique way. There are some many rules that its hard for you to do your own thing. You have to follow MLA style writing, you can't use a different style. And that is what i wish Academic writing could be. Other than that I believe that academic writing has more goods than bads.
