Genre

I believe that anyone can make a genre. Artists, such as musicians, especially make their own genre by using different instruments, and having a unique voice like when a person is singing a rock song their voice is usually raspy and low rather than the voices you usually hear in a pop song. Other artists that make a genre is writers. Some writers write scary stories where there is always a monster trying to eat people. Some writers write romantic novels where there is a girl and a boy who fall in love have some conflict but they always work it out. So i really believe that artists make a genre.

I think we have genres to not have everything be the same. If everything was the same life would be so boring. We need genre's to keep it interesting. Plus everyone has their own style and things they like. With so many genre's to choose from everyone can find what they are looking for. Lets take me for an example. I love romance. Now what if I want to read something that has to do with romance. I would go to the romantic section in the library and find what i want. So we have genre's to make life boring but interesting and exciting.
